greeneggsandsam Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 The only two ingredients on this refrigerated probiotic are 1)fresh young coconut water and 2) kefir cultures. Can I use this? There is 0 sugar in the nutrition panel, and I only take a tablespoon to shotglass swig per day. It tastes like sour beer. I see mixed reactions to different kefir questions, hence my post. Thoughts?
