Colleen Roy
Today's WOD was labeled Kevin's Revenge in honor of a member who is moving. It was also labeled as "the only WOD I have ever seen anyone quit", so I was a little intimidated. I hadn't ever done sled pushes till today. 3 rounds, 5 minutes each of 100# sled pushes, followed by max distance row with a 2 minute rest in between each round. I killed the sled pushes and clearly could have pushed more weight! But, it felt awesome to do it so well. Spending the rest of the day lunching and shopping for furniture for a new apartment with a friend (hers, not mine), followed by a Rolfing session, then a 2 hour massage. Yeah, summer vacation is definitely the best time to rock a whole30!

EvB
Great job! I wish our Crossfit could do sled pushes but we're in the city and limited on space. It's weird enough doing sprints or overhead lunges on a busy sidewalk with all these people around! Fun but weird. Good job to you!
Fenderbender
Awesome!!!!! Great job.... Funny, I read you had a " rolphing" session as " Ralphing" session !!!!! I was like yeah!!! She's excited about puking!!!! Lol. I love the sled FWIW I have hit many PRs doing W30. Just yesterday nailed full clean into 1rep max thruster @225lb. Had more in me but out of time and WOD was ready to start.
