Sarah2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Hi all, Just joined today & was thinking of waiting for the Aug 1 start but decided that right now is good. Will make tomorrow my official Day 1 but had a yummy paleo dinner tonight to get things going. Have my daughter's 11th birthday party tomorrow so no cake for me! Have done paleo on & off for a while but never go more than a few days without a bit of a sugar binge. I gave up alcohol 2 months ago & tell myself that I deserve my 'treats'. I know I will find it all a bit challenging during the week when I am busy with work & have 4 kids on school holidays that I need to keep track of. But so far so good!
