1 st Whole 30 Starting Aug 1st

So far so good. As I have posted else where the hardest part for me so far, of course this is only day 2, is the coffee. Since I can not have sweetener in it I am trying to drink tea. I don't mind tea but..... tonight I put a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator and will use the cream from it in the morning and try that. 



Day 1 Log -  B- left over steak and mushrooms, S - small banana, L- lettuce wrap with turkey, ham, bacon, avocado, red onion, pickles & mustard D- BBQ chicken, with grilled veggies.


Day 2 Log - Cheeseless Omelet with left over BBQ Chicken, Zucchini, Sun Dried Tomatoes - L- Fish Taco's (minus tortilla), S- Peach, D- Steak with Cauliflower "Rice" Hot Tea
