Need support

If you have facebook we have a little facebook group that is all doing the Whole30. Some of these people are new and some have been in the group for a couple Whole30's. This is my second time around and I know how hard it can be. Having that support really can make you or break you. So let me know if that is something you would like to join. If not, I would be glad to be your support buddy on this forum. Good Luck you can do it!

emma, i find limiting the fruit to 1 a day works best for me as well...i can see how the almonds and almond butter can be addicting, have you thought of getting a single serving packet of almond butter? i get them for my kids to put on celery sticks  or fruit as a school snack (they think of them as a nice treat).
