senokot, benefiber?

We prefer magnesium as a natural laxative, but if you've had success with those in the past, the senekot's fine...benefiber is not.

 

What day are you on? If you're still in the first week or so, it's common. Your body will catch up.

thanks for the quick response!  I'm on day 5. If nothing happens today I'll go with the senekot.  I'm pretty uncomfortable.

 

I'm sure it will work out soon, but I get diverticulitis and a back up is not good for me....I'm in for the long haul tho so I know I will regulate eventually!

Also, try to limit veggies high in fiber for several days (I know I know it's not the common belief, but read this). I found that starchy veggies and berries (like raspberries) help a LOT. And magnesium, of course. Make sure it's not Magnesium+Zinc one (Zinc is actually bringing the opposite effect you want;)).
