I had what I like to call a "sugar relapse" yesterday...which was day 18 for me and now I am back at day 1. I have already been through this and I am so disappointed in myself for allowing myself to become weak to sugar . It wasn't worth it. I felt bloated, looked bloated, and overall felt disgusting. I had my hubby take a picture of my tummy to show how bloated I was and to also motivate me to be stronger in the face of sugar! Anyway, the point of this was to see who else is back at day one with me? Any one else do this multiple times before getting it all the way through the 30 days without a slip up? Today was going to be day 5, but yesterday I didn't plan ahead for my long workday and ended up eating grocery store salad bar with chicken pieces. Something in the chicken started me off on a reaction and I knew I'd have to start over today. Also I realized I've been Doing It Wrong with portion sizing and fats, so it's probably for the best.
