How much fruit is everyone eating with meals?

I'm sorry if this topic as already been previously addressed, I did a search and didn't find it. I was already pretty much eating low carb / high fat, and generally no fruit or sweet potatoes. I decided to give the whole 30 a try to add some of each back. I feel I'm a little carb sensitive though. Does anyone else have this issue? and how much fruit / starchy root veggies are you allowing if any?
