Sara O.
I was just purusing Tom's site and came across this article: http://www.wholelifeeating.com/2012/05/morton-iodized-salt-whats-in-it/. Sooo I went to check out the Morton kosher salt in the pantry. It has yellow prussiate of soda in it as an anti-caking agent. Huh? This is something I have never heard of. Googling didn't help much. But there were a few pages that said something about cyanide... Thoughts?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2013 YPS is probably safe enough to eat in the tiny amounts it is used as an additive, so the answer to can I have YPS is yes. However, I personally would look for salt that did not include it.
