sjosey77 Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 I made the chicken last night and we loved it! If you use Mel's suggestions for spices, you need to like curry. It was very good and moist. We baked ours and I have it with me today for lunch. Yummo! Another good suggestion for chicken is to put some olive oil mayo on the breast, then put Penzy's Sunny Paris spices on it and bake it. It is really good!
