Charlotte. Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Hi everyone, Is anyone else starting today, and would like to keep each other updated with progress? I'm actually re-starting, after 2 successful days, unfortunately on the third day I attended a work event where I was invited as a client, and didn't realise until I arrived that I really would be expected to eat their food (only three people in attendance and a whole lot of food prepared!). Excuses, excuses, I realise, but I'm using this as a learning experience. I need to be better prepared in these circumstances in future, or perhaps avoid them altogether for the next 30 days! I've tried to repeat that first successful attempt twice since then and didn't make it through. I'm planning on August being my month again! Let's stay in touch and update each other on our progress.
