Jenny C.
After 14 days into a regular Whole 30 regimen, I decided, given my health history, that I'd better cut out the FODMAPs and the foods that tend to cause inflammation for people with autoimmune deficiencies. The good news is that I feel MUCH better. The not so good news is that I'm having trouble finding recipes that eliminate all those foods. Mostly I've been relying on recipes from "The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook," by Mickey Trescott and then eliminating the FODMAPs from those recipes. But what I'd LOVE is some recipes that don't include either in the first place -- especially for SOUPS! Anyone have any good ones?

sheilabetsy
Great question. It's Day 18 for me and have been using Mickey's book too for one week now, but still looking for more variety in my meals since I don't eat red meat. Thanks for the answer Teriza, I'm looking into it now! Good luck Jenny C.!
