Borss 10
My wife brought the Whole 30 to my attention about a month ago. Since I was tired of being "sick and tired" all the time, and have been having trouble with weight gain over the last few years (I'm 41), I said "why not?" I've got nothing to lose. Well, 30 days later I'm down 20lbs and she's down 25lbs and we both feel great. We've decided to continue eating this way since there's really no down side. We work from home so food prep is a bit easier for us than most.
