Jenny C.
This list tells many of the fruits and vegetables you SHOULD buy organic, and which you don't need to -- http://whole9life.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/whole9-produce-guide.pdf . But the majority of them don't indicate either. There is no C (clean) or D (dirty) designation for most of them. Does that just mean that they don't fall into either extreme -- they are neither "super safe" to buy non-organic nor are they "must buys" as organic? amberino21
I presume the list is made up from the "dirty dozen and clean fifteen"? So, the dirtiest and cleanest? I always try to buy as much organic/in season/local as I can - it does depend on cost, luckily our grocer often has organic produce cheaper than non organic!
