letitbeatles9
Hey guys! Does anyone know of a compliant marinara or spaghetti sauce? Or a good compliant sauce I can make myself? Thanks! Megan
Kristi708
I made a really easy one the other day for my meatballs. Put one can of crushed tomatoes, several fresh tomatoes, cut up, a seeded jalapeno, and a seeded banana pepper into the blender. All the flavors blend so nicely, Then put in a saucepan with all of the flavors you like. Reduce down and you are done. I sauteed onions and garlic before adding the sauce to the pan, and added fresh herbs that I had on hand. HAd a nice sweet/spicy taste.
pjena
Trader Joe's has a marinara sauce in a big can (not jar) that is compliant.
Jenn B
Whole Foods carries compliant jarred spaghetti and marinara sauce. Rao's brand. I have seen it at other stores. It's quite nice; satisfied a craving a while back and had it with spaghetti squash instead of the traditional noodles.

Boykinbaby
you can make Confit tomatos from Everyday paleo cook book and use that, i've done it and it's delish and deffinately more "chunky" style than some of the soupier sauces out there
