eronn_actually 68
So I'm not sure if this is exactly the right area for this, but this article showed up on my facebook feed today. A professor at the University of Maryland is going to be teaching a course called "Eating with Eyes Wide Open." It looks really interesting, and I love the idea of helping students understand where their food comes from, and challenging them to change their own diets in various ways. A lot of what he says also jives with the Whole 9 mentality - eating fresh, local food, and understanding the consequences of what you're eating.
