orianaoracle
I picked up some Asian long beans at the farmer's market the other day. I didn't even think about it until I got them home that they might be questionable. However, I assume since they are somewhat similar to green beans, that they are okay. I figured it was better to be safe than sorry. I'm on Day 26, and definitely don't want to throw a monkey wrench in the works now!
amberino21
I've seen "snake beans" at our market - could they be similar? I've never had them, and no idea what to do with them! If love to hear others responses and maybe try them next week

If love to hear others responses and maybe try them next week I've never heard of "snake beans," but they could be! They're VERY long and grow on a vine. The farmer said he usually stir-fries them with other veggies. I think you can use them in any stir-fry combination.

Nadia B
If you have "Gather" there is a recipe with them. I think Miss Mary has transcribed it somewhere here. I'll try to find and link. <feeling bad about copying copywritten stuff, so I deleted this-mm> Buy the book! It's awesome.
