Before I had bloat problems when I did workout or period. So, I joined the whole 30 challenge and I noticed that my bloat did not show during my workout of day and period. I was like wow! I am in day 6. That is great! I think wheat gluten caused me the bloat. I will have to stop eating wheat gluten bread. after whole 30. I will make almond or coconut bread. does it sound good? 


I am looking forward to see 24 days left.
