GolferNYM24
Local gas station chain in Iowa called Quick Trip has unsweetened peach tea... I am having a hard time finding the ingredients.. I can find the nutrition facts and it says 0grams of sugar, but could there be fake sugar? Is all unsweetened tea okay?!

Guest
0 g sugar and unsweetened aren't exactly the same. It could have a sweetener. If it was sweetened with peach juice, it would have sugar in the nutrition facts, but would sort of be compliant. All other sweeteners would be out. I'd skip it and make my own at home, unless I saw the ingredients. Try it at the end of 30 days and see if you still want it.
Guest
Is it from a fountain? I'd skip it. I always went with the assumption that anything from a fountain was bad for me because it probably contains chemicals I can't pronounce.
