starting 8/12/13 and nervous

Im very new to this program, i want to lose weight and improve my eating habits. I hope to succeed in this program and i hope you all can help me. Any tips are greatly appreciated. I dont know where I can find sample menus to get an idea of what my meals should look like... also what tyype of exercise i can do.

For recipe ideas, I recommend my site: Whole Life Eating


You can do any exercise that you like. If you have not exercised before, it is important to do something you like. You might need a personal trainer to show you how to do useful exercises safely. Videos are cheap, but do not teach you proper form very well.
