Could It Be The Fruit?

Hi folks, I'm chugging along like a good W30 soldier and feeling wonderful on this day 14! However, at this moment, I'm feeling really shaky/ quivery/buzzed and have a theory. About 20 minutes ago I ate 1 generous cup of homemade applesauce, whichnwas consumed about 40 + minutes after dinner (had intended to eat it with dinner but a neighborhood event took me away from my plate), so it seems to be more of a snack, something I have not done at all in this experience. Could this be my body reacting to the natural sugar?

Plenty of protein, could have been low on the fat (had grilled chickena and a big salad with olives, maybe 6). I usually associate this sort of response to eating intensely sweet things on an empty stomach (or just too much). I haven't had very much fruit in the last two weeks and am wondering if my body, which previously was primed for massive amounts of sugar, has switched things up and is already sensitive to this. Naturally, I'm also questioning the wisdom of eating sauce vs. an apple.
