Lets Go! Day 1

Starting my whole30 today!! A little about me....have been battling weight for last 3 years. I plan on doing crossfit during my whole30. I am currently 6'4" & 275lbs and plan on getting down to 230 (of course not in 30 days). I am about to start my paramedic internship in a couple weeks and want to get my nutrition squared away before that kicks off. I love this site and look forward to posting throughout my journey. Thanks
