Progess is Progress ( non crossfit)

I have been workking out Focus T25 and weightlifing at the Gym for 5x a week. I am in day 9 and I can see my body is transforming. I know I do not doing crossfit, but I still workout twice a day at the gym(every late afternoon) and home workout(every morning). I have no problems. I noticed my clothes sizes are loosing for me and I must lose my inch..about 3-4 inchs. that is great! I am so excited.
