Getting ready to start

Hi. I'm getting ready to start on my whole 30 program. I need help w/fuel while I train. I use protein shakes,hydration drinks and cliff bars and gel shots. All these products are big NO NOs. My training includes biking, running, swimming and weight lifting. I'm training for next years season of triathlons. Thank you in advance.

Is UCAN off limits on whole 30? It's a super starch, I've been using it for recovery after my brick workouts and on longer bike rides I just water it down more and it does the trick. I haven't used a gel in a couple months now that I've been adding more fat into my regular foods like cooking with coconut oil and grass fed butter. I'm really new to the Whole 30 plan though, tomorrow is my Day 1...again so you might want to do some more checking around for what works.
