Between then and now I want to try to ease myself into it, and I'll be spending a week at a conference. I'm always energized for work when I get back, and am hopeful Whole 30 will give me the energy to put my plans in action. About me -- I have three kids and a Zumba addiction, neither seem to help with weight loss. Could be because I'm a novelist, which means lots of sitting while I write. I'm already paleo and had done quite well (100%) for over 3 months before going a bit crazy on Father's Day.....back to paleo the next day but mentally trying to gear up to give up my daily stevia habit and just keep food simple (no real recipes to speak of for the whole 30 since I love to cook/bake, etc.).
