times eating red meat per day??

I know, personally, I really like to switch things up and not eat the same proteins over and over. I usually try to meal plan something like chicken, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, beef. And then I almost always make enough for leftovers so I would wind up eating beef for 4 meals per week. Just an example. 


I also usually would try out different recipes within those protein types.
