SaraP Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Tom's link should answer your question. I know, personally, I really like to switch things up and not eat the same proteins over and over. I usually try to meal plan something like chicken, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, beef. And then I almost always make enough for leftovers so I would wind up eating beef for 4 meals per week.
