melodyisis Posted August 15, 2013 Share Posted August 15, 2013 I am now on day 15 and I have made sure my meals are big enough so I don't get hungry in between (or at least I can wait at least a full 4 hours without a headache or a change in my usually happy disposition). I am now noticing that I get full or satisfied with less food however when I stop eating at that point I get hungry 2 hours later so I've been "clearing my plate" anyway. thoughts? suggestions?
