melodyisis Posted August 15, 2013 Share Posted August 15, 2013 I am now on day 15 and I have made sure my meals are big enough so I don't get hungry in between (or at least I can wait at least a full 4 hours without a headache or a change in my usually happy disposition). I am now noticing that I get full or satisfied with less food however when I stop eating at that point I get hungry 2 hours later so I've been "clearing my plate" anyway. thoughts? suggestions? Things that helped were making sure I was only eating the correct amount of protein and fats, and then upping the veggies. Also, if you are working out, you'll probably want to add a pre or post Workout Meal. See the Meal Template for the proper foods and amounts.
