We have a local certified authentic pizzeria (which I haven't visited in a couple of months!), but they use La San Marzano canned tomatoes for their sauce. The ingredients are all whole 30 compliant and they are amazing. Our local Costco carries them in very large tins and a box of 6 smaller cans for around $6. I was surprised to find out they used canned tomatoes in their sauce, I thought for sure they were fresh! I mash them up a bit in a food processor and then make bean-less chili a few times a week.
