Starting Today!

Beginning today and looking forward to getting in the swing of things!  I can be kind of a control freak, counting calories and weighing myself daily, so I am happy to be giving up those habits for 30 days...  Hoping I can develop naturally healthy eating habits so that food becomes a source of nutrition rather than stress.  I'm impressed by the research and philosophy that provides the foundation for this program and excited to be a part of it.  Wish me luck!
