urban_cowgirl Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Did not notice any bad effects from my day of adding grains that contain gluten, but today I added the non-gluten grains. Had some brown rice with my scrambled eggs and veggies for breakfast. Ick! Really messed me up and didn't taste good either. Pre-W30 I would eat brown rice probably 3 times a week. Added some corn chips with lunch... again - yuck! The crunch was nice but they tasted like cardboard and did not make me feel too good afterwards. Dinner - just ate a basic W30 meal with no grains added. It just seems strange to me that gluten would not be a problem and yet non-gluten grains are a problem. Anyone else have this experience?
