GFChris
Great blog and welcome! Just checking on your turkey bacon: was it sugar-free?
Coke
@GFChris - ****GASP!!! I just checked, and no it wasn't Although maybe you can answer a question for me.. In the ingredient list says "sugar", but in the nutritional facts block it says "sugar 0g". What does this mean?
GFChris
Maybe because sugar was used in the curing process only? From a Whole30 perspective, it's all about the ingredient list. So you get to do a Whole31! It's challenging to find compliant bacon. I opted not to eat it at all on my Whole30.

amberino21
Looks like you're on the right track Making sure your meals fit the template will make your whole 30 more enjoyable and successful - less hunger/tiredness, more energy, better moods etc....your breakfast lacked vegies, and I'd say your dinner needed more protein!
