How much water should I drink?

drink it all day.  when you get up in the morning, make it a point to drink a bottle's worth as soon as you can.  then if you are at work, keep a large bottle at your desk which you can fill up throughout the day (a large bottle means less trips to the water cooler or sink, and also ensures you are drinking plenty)

It is suggested that for normal hydration, you should determine your body weight in pounds, divide it by two and drink that many ounces of water each day. For example, a 200 pound man would need to drink 100 ounces of quality water each day! If you are in a hot climate or exercising, you should increase this amount.

If this sounds overwhelming, just start slowly and increase your water intake by small increments each day. Here is an article I wrote about this: "Half of Your Body Weight in Ounces of Water Per Day – Are You Drinking Enough?"

Hope this helps. Feel free to check it out and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! - Jen :)

I drank lots, I mean really lots, for the first two weeks, and I recommend that. I believe it helps for flushing out the toxins, and it was certainly going down easily. I didn't drink anything else either, just water. In the third week I found I just wasn't feeling like drinking as much, so I cut back, and also started drinking coffee again. Possibly I've cut back a bit much - need to get the coffee / water balance right! Still, I'd recommend drinking what seems like a great deal of water for as long as it feels right.
