freelei
so i opened a can of coconut cream for my boyfriend and i to try in our coffee. we hated it. but now we have an open can of coconut cream that we'd love to not waste. so here's my question: any awesome healthy recipes that use a somewhat significant amount of coconut cream? ideally this elusive recipe would not include avocado, as i have a gastric intolerance. thanks in advance! amberino21
Curry - Thai based is good! Or make soup and add it to make it creamy
Elizabeth!
Google curry dishes, they use coconut milk a lot. If I was on my computer and not my kindle I'd post a few recipes. Sorry I can't be more help

SaraP
Roasted red pepper soup, or roasted tomato soup. Then I usually add chunks of baked chicken to it. This is one of my favorites, http://paleomg.com/roasted-red-pepper-and-avocado-soup-with-sausages/ and you can just omit the avocado, it won't hurt the recipe at all.
