habitualpurpose Posted August 24, 2012 Author Share Posted August 24, 2012 I haven't posted for several days because I pretty much decided that I am ready to "ride my own bike". I had originally planned on going 45 days for Round 2 but after 35 days I really felt ready. My plan is to eat Whole30 for my day to day meals with an occasional off-road for a special occasion. Even in those cases I plan to make the best choice I can. My one exception is that I want to be able to have a little 90% cocoa chocolate (Lindt with no soy lecithin or other yucky stuff) here and there.
