Non- meat/egg/fish protein sources?

I feel the same sometime but I don't think there are good alternatives. Nuts and seeds are alternative protein sources but the high omega six levels make them sub optimal. That doesn't mean you can't use it a a sub on occasion... Better than dairy and legumes. Also I tell myself the world won't fall apart if I just miss a meal or only have soup or salad sometimes.
