Happyfeet Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Hi all! I am totally new to the Whole30 and indeed paleo eating in general. I'm finding this website very helpful so far . I tried a few paleo meals some weeks ago and liked them (bought the Well Fed book!) and decided I would do the Whole30 in September but then thought to hell with it and started straight away! I'm on Day 13 now and have been 100% compliant (exception for medication which I posted a separate thread about). So far so good! So what's the problem? Well, I've totally lost my mojo . Woke up this morning and immediately knew I didn't want breakfast. I felt awful. Ate some scrambled egg fried in coconut oil and some sweet potato but that's all I could face. For lunch I had last nights leftovers. It tasted gorgeous last night and I normally like leftovers but I could barely stomach this. And just a while ago, I was cooking some chicken for this evenings meal and the smell off the coconut nearly made me barf . I'm so annoyed. I was doing so well and now I feel like it's all going to go wrong. I want chocolate and I want an ice cream!!! Please tell me I'll get over this.
