CuriousCat
I'm on day 6, and a couple of times in the last few days I've been drinking (100%) fruit juice. I've been feeling guilty about the amount of sugar, even though it's technically compliant... I really don't want to start again, but should I? Have I sabotaged my results too much at this stage? amberino21
I don't think it would require a restart....but I'd leave it out from now on. Unless you're juicing it fresh, it won't provide any nutritional benefit and you're just filling yourself with sugar.
GFChris
Are you willing to switch to eating the fruit, vs. drinking its juice? That's the way they want you to go on a Whole30. Juice should only be used on a Whole30 in small quantities to flavor dishes: not to drink by the glass.I agree a restart isn't necessary, but I would recommend dropping the juice drinking for the remainder of your Whole30. CuriousCat
Hi guys, Thank you for being so encouraging. Alas, I think I am going to need to start again anyway. I was chatting with the guy at my deli this morning, and it turns out that some of the sausages I had a few days ago were not as compliant as I'd been led to believe! I don't want to go through the rest of the 30 having doubts about the foundation for my results. So, well, today is day one again, and more careful this time! amberino21
just think of the first few days as a good run up to a really good, completely compliant 30 days now you know to be even more wary of ingredients and not let anything sneak in!
