markmidmo
OK, for 3 years I've let myself go. Before that I had lost almost 60 lbs on a modified-paleo diet, so the whole idea is not foreign to me and my body responds well to the program. Breakfast back then was always a sausage patty, a bowl of oatmeal (not a mix) and a glass of juice. I can't seem to find anything that satisfies like the morning OJ or grape juice? I always did the highest quality available but knew the sugar was an issue. I don't like tea, coffee or any of the "milks" like coconut or almond. What real options do I have that are "almost" Whole30 compliant.

markmidmo
That's what I was afraid of, no real replacement. Juice masked the awful taste of my medicine so I'll probably have to adjust in other areas. Thanks for the help.
GFChris
What if you squeezed 1/2 of a fresh orange into some water, using it as a flavoring, for taking your medicine?
