Just finished reading "it starts with food". I loved it and it was so insightful. I am on day two. I'm definitely having trouble with eating three times a day without snacks. I'm on week 7 for Jillian michaels 12 week body revolution challenge. I need to start eating more during my meals. Especially with working out 6 days a week.

Love that I joined the paleo team!!!!

You will over the days adjust your meal size & content so you are satisfied until your next meal, it just takes some time & experimentation. Don't forget your pre & post wod snacks too.
