I'm definitely having trouble with eating three times a day without snacks. I'm on week 7 for Jillian michaels 12 week body revolution challenge. I need to start eating more during my meals. Derval 3321 Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 You will over the days adjust your meal size & content so you are satisfied until your next meal, it just takes some time & experimentation.
