GFgirl Posted September 24, 2013 Author Share Posted September 24, 2013 Monday eats: day 22 coffee black x2 wo: JM m1: pork and apple/broccoli m2: eggplant strada/cuc walk m3: steak/sweet pot chili powder fries/cuc and tomato Tuesday coffee: black m1: pork and apple/canteloupe m2: steak/acorn squash with ghee walk m3: mustard chicken thighs/acorn squash with ghee:PLANNED FOR LATER feeling like I may be done with my whole ? Feeling good and ready to do a few days on my own and not journal etc. My plan is to continue eating this way because I know when I add dairy and sugar to my diet, I feel gross.
