TimonSK
My name is Sharon. I was asked to give this a try by my doctor. I'm 43 and way more tired than I should be. Most tests were good to normal, but my insulin is too high. So, here I am. Using this opportunity to work on a few personal goals and hopeful for feeling better and having more energy. ~Sharon :-)

On monday its My husbands birthday and My silly question is can I bake a paleocake for him ( he is not on Whole 30) and have a piece of it with him or is this no no even if we eat it direct after a meal?? I dont want to start over again. Hope for advice.

Maybe try and create a new tradition to celebrate that doesn't revolve around food?
abigailesther
Hi, I started on September 2 too. How is it going for everyone? I have to say I am not feeling the benefits as everyone says. I have done things like this before and felt the highs that others are talking about, but not this time, at least yet. I wonder if it is because my diet wasn't that terrible before I started. The biggest thing I had going when I started was binging on ice cream at night, but for the most part I was off gluten already. I am happy that I don't crave sugar as much and that it doesn't feel very hard to do at this point, but I would love to have my skin clearer and my eyes brighter, etc. like they talk about. My biggest slip ups have been over-eating, but it was all approved things. I have had a couple of accidents but I they were very small and I am not going to quit over them and they were truly honest mistakes. I would love to hear how others at this phase are doing!
