GFChris
I wonder if you're eating enough? Instead of a thumb-size of sweet potato, have 1/2 or a whole sweet potato, for example.Make sure each of your meals has 1-2 cups of vegetables. Add in more carb-dense vegetables on a regular basis and see if that helps (e.g, sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, beets, acorn squash, butternut squash, jicama). Also, be sure your bacon is compliant (e.g., no sugar or other nasties).

Physibeth
An additional question, are you doing your Pre and Post WO snacks on your crossfit days?
MrsStick
Try getting more starchy veggies. There's a post on here somewhere (I swear I saw it once) about how if your brain isn't good at producing serotonin (low levels linked to depression), it props itself up with easy starches (read: grains). Perhaps you should try eating more starchy veggies to try to help your brain's production of this hormone?
