Labor Day beginner

I started over Labor Day weekend, and am on the downhill side of Day 5!

 

I thought having a 3-day weekend would be great for my detox period, but other than some fatigue, I felt fine. Today I'm struggling with a lack of appetite and a slight headache, so it may just be that it's taken my body a bit longer to get all of the bad stuff out of my system.

 

Have had several friends complete the program and rave about it. I'm hoping to cut down/eliminate my sugar craving (I inherited my grandmother's sweet tooth), and maybe to see an improvement in my hay fever/asthma, depression, and chronic lower back pain.
