Tempeh kabobs with mint cilantro lime sauce recipe

I saw this in the Washington post food section yesterday. I believe it is compliant as long as you use a compliant oil for the marinade. I haven't made it but it looks pretty yummy to me. (Obviously you couldn't serve on a bed of rice or with pita bread as the recipe suggests).
