I was tired all day craved carbs but I made it through. I am so happy that I am finally doing this and not putting it off any longer. I look forward to feeling more energized soon though..

You will feel tired during the first part of your whole 30 - you can lessen the effects by making sure you really stick to the template, eating enough fat and protein, with lots of vegies - including starchy carbs! This isn't a low carb plan at all, starchy vegies are recommended.

Try sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots, beetroot, parsnip, turnips etc - all but white potato :)
