It worked!

Im on day 6 and my first long run was today. I was scared to death as my short run 2 days ago was total hell, complete with me suddenly and out of nowhere start bawling. I ate an egg and a tablespoon of almond butter. I was terrified of slowing my group down or feeling awful but I had the best run!! Afterwards I drank kale and pineapple juice (ok after a long run right?) and a shrimp cocktail. I havent crashed like I normally do afterwards either. If this is day 6 I can't imagine day 30!
