Feeling great on day 28!

Two more days to go for my Whole 30 and  I feel great!  The biggest change for me is that I don't feel like I HAVE to eat after a certain number of hours, and I can pass up sweet treats without feeling deprived. Tonight when I went out to dinner with my husband I didn't crave the cornbread or his french fries, and passed on dessert without feeling a profound sorrow. That is real progress!  I plan on doing another Whole 30 immediately after this one, to keep up my momentum. I think the key thing for me is to keep my blood sugar and insulin levels low and burn that fat instead of carbs. I do hope to keep it up. Wish me luck!

good one Martha, I am going to continue as well- join us on the "Whole60 - looking for a buddy" forum!

I am going out for a meal with friends this weekend for the first time in a while and soon after for a long weekend with my hubby and son so it I will need to stay on track for these events, now that I am used to the daily routines at work etc.

great to hear you are having success
