September 9th, Day One!

I began the Whole30 challenge today.  I read the book last week and have been re-reading sections throughout the week, making sure I understand everything really well.  I began reading about it to my husband, and my excitement caused him want to try it with me!  He also has read the book, and we're both so intrigued.  We're young (me late 20's, him early 30's), eat fairly well, and exercise regularly, but we both experience things that we can't seem to control, such as exhaustion, trouble losing weight, headaches and body aches, trouble sleeping, etc.  The idea that foods we're putting into our bodies daily (probably multiple times!) just blows our minds.  We're excited to see what is in store for us!!
