Off the top of my head, I think the tomato paste is clean, because I just bought some. But sometimes there are regional differences. You've just gotta read the label. What you want to ensure with balsamic vinegar is that no sulfites are included in the ingredients list. If it says elsewhere "contains naturally occurring sulfites," you're fine.
